How to Wash and Care

Despite what many people think, linen is very easy to care for and becomes softer and more refined with every wash. With a little care, high-quality linen bedding can provide years of comfort. By following these simple steps, you can enjoy its benefits for a long time.

How to wash your linen?

Wash your linen bedding in cold or warm water up to 40°C / 104°F using a gentle cycle and a natural detergent.

Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, colour brighteners, or enzymes as they can damage the fibres.

We recommend washing one bedding set at a time to avoid overcrowding the washing machine.

Sort your sheets by colour and wash dark colours separately from white or bright linen.

How to dry your linen?

Linen loves to breathe, so air drying is ideal. Lay your linen flat on a clean surface or hang it up to dry on a drying rack or over a bed frame.

If you prefer using a dryer, set it to low heat for 10-12 minutes, then remove the linen while it is still slightly damp and let it air dry to prevent wrinkles.

How to iron your linen?

Skip ironing if you like the natural, relaxed look of linen and embrace the wrinkles!

If you prefer a crisp look, iron your linen while it is still slightly damp. Use a medium-hot iron and press on the reverse side to avoid shiny spots.
