Returns & Exchanges

As a slow-fashion studio, we create small-batch, handmade linen pieces, often featuring limited-edition fabrics, including deadstock materials.

Due to the nature of our small business and the challenges of today’s market, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Most of our products are made to order or customized, making them ineligible for return or exchange.

We are happy to assist with design, colour selection, and sizing if you are unsure. We believe in thoughtful, mindful decisions that will create a satisfying experience with our shop. Please email us at morozlinen@gmail.com, and we will gladly help you make the right choice.

Please note that all sale or gift items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.

Made-to-order items are also final sale due to their custom nature and cannot be returned or exchanged.
