Made-to-Order Items

For custom-made items, please allow additional time for the creation process. Made-to-order items are dispatched within 5 business days. Once completed, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. Standard non-tracked packages are not covered by theft, lost, or misplaced by Canada Post.
